We realise that the network is of vital importance for many companies and dealing with a large number of contractors can be extremely stressful - especially if delays start to occur. Due to this 100 Percent IT will own any customer problem until we are sure it is not ours and even then we will go out of our way to ensure that it is resolved quickly.

Experience

Our experience is centred around multi-user, secure Internet access. While we develop each solution specifically for each client, all projects have some common elements:

Cisco based solutions. There are a number of reasons that Cisco hardware dominates the Internet field. Among these are reliability and uniformity. Reliability needs little explaination - if hardware constantly works then the number of potential problems in a system is greatly reduced.

The advantage of uniformity is not so obvious but it is just as important. All Cisco hardware from the lowest of switches to the highest of core routers runs the Cisco IOS (operating system). This means that all Cisco hardware understands the same instructions. If a piece of software is written to control one Cisco router and the company using it needs to upgrade, the software will work on the new hardware with little or no modification. This brings down the cost of a solution over its useful lifetime and means much better value for the end user.

It also means that our custom bandwith and security software can be applied to any needs. The user interface will differ slightly but the core logic - with its proven reliability - will drive all systems.
